摘 要:针对漳村煤矿厚煤层综放工作面宽煤柱护巷巷道变形量大,煤柱破坏较为严重的情况,研究适合其工作面的合理煤柱宽度.首先,运用弹塑性理论分析法确定煤柱中部弹性区宽度至少大于3.30m,同时在中央没有应力平稳带即弹性核的情况下,运用极限平衡区法确定护巷煤柱宽度为6.48m;其次,应用三维数值模拟软件对不同煤柱宽度情况下,综放开采工作面巷道的变形以及煤柱的破坏情况进行对比分析;最后,综合考虑资源回收、安全系数和巷道支护等因素,确定其合理煤柱宽度为10m,该研究对实际生产方案的设计具有参考意义.Based on the condition of large deformation of roadway and serious damage of coal pillar in the fully mechanized caving faces of Zhangcun coal mine, this paper studied the reasonable width of coal pillar in thick coal seam. First of all, the range of central elastic zone width of more than 3.30m was determined by using the elastoplastic theory analysis method. At the same time, under the circumstance of the central without stress smooth belt namely the elastic nuclear, the coal pillar width of 6.48m was determined using the limit equilibrium area of coal pillar on the basis of theoretical research results; Secondly, in the case of different coal pillar width in the fully mechanized working face, deformation of roadway and damage of coal pillar were analyzed by using the three dimensional numerical simulation software; finally, considering the factors such as recycling, safety coefficient and roadway support, the reasonable coal pillar width of 10m was determined. This study provides reliable reference for design and actual production.
