摘　　要：为纪念登州文会馆成立150周年,山东大学与哈佛燕京学社于2014年10月11-14日联合主办了"全球化视野下的中国高等教育史暨登州文会馆150周年"国际学术研讨会。来自中国(大陆、台湾、香港)、美国、日本的近50名学者齐聚济南,提交论文34篇,涉及主题有中国高等教育起源、中国基督教大学国际化背景及中外比较、中西学术竞争、大学制度的建立、政治与大学关系、近代大学学科的建立、大学教育与社会职业等。这次会议对中国高等教育史研究具有重要的推动作用。The International Symposium on Modern Chinese Higher Education ＆ 150th Anniversary of Tengchow College from the Global Perspective was held in Jinan on October 11 to 14,2014,which was sponsored by Shandong University and Harvard Yenching Institute,to memorize the 150th Anniversary of Tengchow College. More than 50 scholars from China's Mainland,Hong Kong,Taiwan,Japan,and the United States attended the symposium in Jinan,submitting 34 papers on the themes of origination of Chinese higher education,the international contexts of Chinese Christian Colleges,comparison of Sino-Western higher education,competition of Sino-Western academy,the establishment of modern university systems,the relationship between politics and university,the establishment of disciplines in modern universities,university and vocational education,and so on. This symposium will give a major push on research of the history of Chinese higher education.
