摘  要:目的探讨某电解铝厂周边儿童体内氟代谢情况,通过对该铝厂周边不同居民区儿童尿氟的测定,研究铝厂对不同方向、不同距离居民点儿童体内氟代谢的影响。方法采集某铝厂正西方向和西南方向的3个不同方向、不同距离居民点的7~12岁儿童的尿液(A组、B组、C组),用氟离子选择性电极法测定其尿氟,进行对比分析,研究体内氟代谢情况。结果A、B、C组尿氟平均含量为(0.68±0.39)、(0.52±0.25)、(0.38±0.15)mg/L,A组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿氟浓度<0.5mg/L以C组人数百分比最大,A组最小;各组尿氟浓度构成比≥1.5mg/L人数百分比B组最大,有4例。结论 3个居民点7~12岁儿童尿氟含量均在正常范围内,各组间存在差异,A组位于厂区正下风侧儿童尿氟浓度最高,偏离常年主导风向和距离较远的C组儿童尿氟浓度最低,B组稍偏离常年主导风向,与A组距厂区距离相等,儿童尿氟含量居中。Objective To investigate the fluorine metabolism in children surrounding aluminum smelter by determining urinary fluoride of children in different residentialregions surrounding this aluminum manufacturer, and to study the effects of aluminum manufacturer on fluorine metabolism in children living in different distance and position from it. Methods The urine sample of children aged 7 to 12 years was collected in three different resident locations and different distance from the aluminum manufacturer (they were in in divided into group A, B andC). Their urine fluorine was determined by negative ion selective ionization method, then compared and analyzedthe internal fluorine metabolism. Results The concentrations of the average urinefluoride in group A, group B and group C were 0. 68-+-0. 39, 0.52~0. 25and 0.38+0. 15(mg/ L), respectively. Group A was significantly higher than the group C(P^0.05,the difference was statistically significant). Most cases with concentration of urine fluoride less than 0. 5 mg/L were found in the group C but less was found in the group A. Most cases (4 cases)with concentration of urine fluoride equal or greater than 1.5 mg/L were found in the group B. Conclusions The urine of children aged 7 to 12 years in three different residential regions were all in normal lower rage, but the distribution among them was different. The concentration of the urine fluoride of group A who resided in the region being downwind site was highest, but lowest was found in the group C who resided in the region of perennial leading to the wind and long distance from the aluminum smelter. The group B was placed in the middle though it deviate of the direction, its distance was equal to group A.
