摘　　要：编制改建铁路概预算比编制新建铁路概预算相对繁琐复杂,编制已建电气化铁路接触网改造工程的概预算更是如此。此文根据现行工程概预算编制办法、定额和有关规定,对编制改建铁路接触网工程概算应考虑的主要问题(内容和费用)进行论述。并对如何利用"铁路工程投资控制系统2011"网络版概算程序编制概算进行探讨。The preparation of rebuilding railway budget is relatively more complex than the establishment of the new railway budget, preparation of the existing electrified railway catenary reconstruction project budget is al- so like this. According to the current project budget compilation directions, norm and relevant regula- tions, the main problems （content and cost） should be taken into account of to prepare the rebuilt rail- way catenary project budget are discussed. And how to use ＂ railway engineering investment control sys- tem 2011＂ online edition programming to compile budget estimate are discussed.
