摘　　要：铁总运[2014]60号文发布的《铁路运输房建设备大修维修规则》,是针对铁路房屋建设采用了大量新技术、新材料和新工艺重新修订的。如何根据这一新维修规则,利用信息化手段对房建设备进行管理和检修。此文通过调研,对房建设备管理和检修现状及存在的主要问题进行阐述与分析。通过分析,提出建立房建设备信息化管理系统的需求及相关建议。the iron transport always the railway transportation housing equipment overhaul maintenance rules re- leased by the file Tiezongyun [ 2014] No. 60 is revised for a large amount of new technology, new mate- rial and new process using in railway construction. How to manage and maintain the housing equipment by means of information according to the new rule is a problem. Through the research, the situation and main problems of housing equipment management and maintenance are presented and analyzed. Through the analysis, the requirement and related suggestions of the equipment information management system are proposed.
