摘　　要：随着网络通信、集成电路和信息安全技术的发展,采用电子标签技术,创新对铁路运输房建设备的维修管理手段和方法,可以全面提高对房建设备的运营管理水平。此文在阐述电子标签研究和使用效果的基础上,以廊坊火车站试点为例,详细论述电子标签在房建设备运营管理系统中的应用情况和效果。并针对可能存在的有关问题提出解决的办法和建议。Along with development of the network communication, integrated circuit and the information security technology, using electronic tag technology, innovation of means and methods of railway transportation housing equipment maintenance management can entirely improve the housing equipment operational management level. On the basis of expounding the research and the using effect, taking Langfang railway station as an example, a detailed discussion on the application circumstance and effect of electronic tags in housing equipment operation management system. And the solution and advice of related problems per- haps existing are put forward.
