森林经营系统协调发展评价研究——以黑龙江省森工林区为例

摘　　要：根据系统论观点,对森林经营系统的协调发展问题进行了探索性研究。明确森林经营系统协调发展的内涵与判断标准的基础上,建立森林经营系统协调发展评价指标体系,提出森林经营系统协调发展评价模型,并对黑龙江省森工林区森林经营系统的协调发展状况进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:黑龙江省森工林区的林木资源经营子系统的发展度高于非林木资源经营子系统的发展度;总体来看,森林经营系统各子系统之间处于和谐一致状态;森林经营系统的协调发展状况较为稳定;但黑龙江省森工林区的森林经营系统并不总是处于协调发展轨迹上。According to the systematic theory, this paper carries out an exploratory research on the problem of coordinated development of forest management system. Based on making clear the connota- tion and judgment standard of coordinated development of forest management system, the paper estab- lishes the evaluation index system and puts forward the coordinated development model of forest man- agement system. Then the paper makes empirical research on coordinated development status of the forest management system in Heilongjiang forestry industrial region. The results show that： the devel- opment degree of forest resources management subsystem is higher than that of the non-forest resources management subsystem in Heilongjiang forestry industrial region. Overall, the forest management sys- tem is in a harmony state between subsystems. The coordinated development status is stable, but the forest management system is not always in the track of coordinated development in Heilongjiang forestry industrial region.
