摘　　要：以资源丰富的黑龙江省大小兴安岭为研究对象,首先明确产业转型和经济增长的具体内涵,其次通过量化指标,利用主成分分析方法测度大小兴安岭林区经济增长质量,以及林区产业结构变动对经济增长质量的绝对贡献与相对贡献。结果显示：2003~2011年该区产业转型过程中,林区产业结构变动对林区经济发展质量的贡献低于全国平均水平,但随着产业结构的逐步优化,产业结构变动促进了林区经济增长质量逐步提高。因此加快林区产业结构优化,促进第三产业的快速发展是该地区今后进一步发展的方向。Taking Xiaoxing＇anling Mountains Forest Region as an object, which contains the rich for- est resources. Paper first has been clear about the concrete connotation of industry transformation and economic growth. The second, by setting relevant quantitative indicators, and using the primary com- ponent analysis method to measure quality of economic growth of forest region, and further measure state-owned forest industrial structure change on the quality of economic growth contribution to the ab- solute and relative contribution. The results showed that from 2003 to 2011 Daxing＇anling and Xiaoxing＇anling Mountains Forest Region＇s industrial structure on the quality of the economic develop- ment is lower than the national average, but with the industrial structure optimization and stability gradually strengthened, the change of industrial structure to promote the improvement of growth quali- ty. To speed up the forest industrial structure optimization, promote the rapid development of the third industry is the direction of the further development of the region.
