摘  要:高原环境下运动引起的氧化损伤是高原训练中难以攻克的问题,运动氧化应激与免疫反应相关联的敏感生物标志可作为早期诊断的生物学指标。本文利用高原训练引起的运动员机体神经-免疫-内分泌调节网络变化的理论,探讨高原环境下运动氧化应激与免疫反应的规律,分析高原环境与运动负荷的双重刺激下机体应激-免疫应答与氧化应激的关联反应机制,是确定高原环境下运动氧化应激与细胞免疫反应相关联的生物学标志的理论基础,为早期预警高原训练中引起的各种心、脑、肺等运动性疾病的发生,制定氧化应激损伤的检测技术进行前期的理论积累。Oxidative damage induced by exercise in plateau environment is difficult to tackle in plateau training. Sensitive biomarkers of immune responses associated with exercise induced oxidative stress can be used for early diagnosis. Based on the changes of neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network of athletes induced by plateau environment, the paper discusses potential rules of immune responses and exercise induced oxidative stress. It reviews reaction mechanism of body's stress-immune response associated with oxidative stress and stimulated by plateau environment and exercise load. The paper summarizes the theoretical basis for biomarkers of immune responses associated with exercise induced oxidative stress in plateau environment. It lays the foundation for early warning of sports diseases induced by plateau training such as heart, brain, and lung diseases, and making technical standards to test oxidative stress damage as well.
