摘　　要：历经十余年的发展,我国高校战略规划执行研究涌现一批重要的研究成果。我国高校战略规划执行研究多遵循经济学的效能逻辑,围绕战略规划执行中存在的现实问题、影响战略规划执行的组织要素和提升战略规划执行的对策建议为核心开展研究。这些研究多建立在经验总结、文献梳理和案例描述基础上,呈现出问题对策式的宏观研究和影响要素式的微观研究两种路径。沿用理论的不适切、解释性研究的不足、实证研究的缺乏等问题,凸显了现有执行研究的薄弱。我们应立足于高校自身的组织特性,通过深入的理论探讨、规范的研究设计,开展具有解释性的中观研究,总结和发展出适用于高校的战略规划执行体系。After more than ten years of development, the university strategic planning implementation study have achieved a number of important research results. The implementation study follows the efficiency logic of economics. Current research focuses on the implementation issues, affecting the implementation of the elements and how to en- hance the efficiency of implementation of these three aspects. Many of these studies based on the summary of experi- ence, literature review and case description. Problems countermeasures of macro and influence factors of the micro- scopic study are the two major paths of the study. The main problems for the current research are the reference theories not appropriate, lack of explanatory and empirical research. We should base on the university＇ s own organized char- acteristics, through in-depth theoretical study and normative study design, develop medium research with explanato- ry, summarize and develop a suitable strategic planning execution system for universities.
