摘　　要：社会转型背景下,我国高等教育迎来了新的发展机遇,同时也面临着传统体制、结构、模式等滞后带来的挑战。高等教育发展模式代表着高等教育发展的方向,同时反映了高等教育内部各要素的组合方式与行为特点。社会转型期要求高等教育发展模式坚持科学的高等教育发展观、高等教育可持续发展原则、法制化原则和关系平衡原则,并要充分抵御传统发展模式惯性运行带来的风险,抵御体制改革与结构调整带来的风险以及全球化与市场化运行带来的风险。积极依靠体制优势实现创新,依靠方式转变实现转型,依靠文化内化实现突破,依靠市场法制实现发展。Under the background of social transformation, the development of higher education in China ushered in the opportunity, while facing the challenges of the traditional system lag, structure and mode. Development model of higher education represents the direction of development of higher education, while reflecting the combination of the various elements within higher education and behavioral characteristics. Social transition requires the development model of higher education adhere to the scientific concept of development of higher education, the principles of sus- tainable development of higher education and legal principle, the principle of balance relations, and to fully withstand risks of traditional development mode coasting brought reform and structural adjustment risks, as well as globalization and market-oriented operation risks. Actively rely on institutional innovation advantage, relying on changes in the way to achieve transformation, relying on technology to achieve a breakthrough in the culture, relying on the market to achieve the development of the rule of law.
