摘  要:基于2007—2012年沪深两市22家风电产业上市公司的数据,运用DEA-Tobit方法对我国风电产业的技术效率及其影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明:风电产业技术效率整体水平并不理想,大部分企业处于规模报酬递减阶段,资源整合效果不佳。在影响技术效率演化的重要因素中,R&D投入和净资产报酬率对技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率均产生显著正影响;技术人员数量对规模效率和技术效率起正向作用;资产负债率对规模效率和技术效率起显著的反向作用;股权集中度对纯技术效率和技术效率产生积极影响。Based on the data of 22 listed wind power companies in the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2012, the paper used the DEA-Tobit approach to take the empirical analysis on the technical efficiency of China's wind power industry and its influencing factors. Firstly, the overall level of China's wind power industry is not ideal. Most enterprises are in the stage of decreasing returns to scale. And the resource integration is ineffective. Secondly, among the important factors of influencing the tech- nical efficiency evolution, the R&D investment and the return ratio of net assets have the significant positive impact on technical effi- ciency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The number of technical personnel performs the positive effect on technical effi- ciency and scale efficiency. The debt-asset ratio negatively influences the technical efficiency and scale efficiency. And the influencing impact of the ownership concentration on pure technical efficiency and technical efficiency presents active and positive.
