大株红景天与阿托伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价大株红景天联合阿托伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压患者的临床疗效,及其对血清B型脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法 96例COPD合并肺动脉高压患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各48例。2组患者均给予标准化常规治疗,对照组口服阿托伐他汀片20 mg,qd;试验组在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注大株红景天注射液10 m L,qd,2组疗程均为14 d。观察2组患者的临床疗效、血气分析、肺动脉压及肺功能,血清中B型脑钠肽、C-反应蛋白水平。结果治疗后,试验组患者总有效率(93.8%)显著高于对照组(81.3%,P<0.05)。2组患者血气分析指标、肺功能指标、肺动脉压均较治疗前改善(P<0.01),试验组患者改善更为显著(P<0.01)。试验组患者血清B型脑钠肽、C-反应蛋白水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.01)。结论大株红景天注射液联合阿托伐他汀片治疗COPD合并肺动脉高压患者疗效良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the Sofren and atorvastatin on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD） and pulmonary hypertension , and the influence of serum B -type brain natriuretic peptide （ NT-proBNP ） and C -reactive protein （ CRP）.Methods A total of 96 cases of COPD combined with pulmona-ry hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and treat-ment group, 48 cases in each group.Patients all were given standardized conventional western medicine treatment , and those in control group were additionally given atorvastatin 20 mg, qd.The patients in treatment group were given Sofren injection 10 mL on the basis of the control group , qd, and the treatment period of two groups was 14 days.The data of clinical curative effect , blood gas analysis , pulmonary artery pressure and pulmo-nary function , as well as changes of the serum NT -proBNP and CRP level were compared in two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group （93.8%） were significantly higher than that of control group （ 81.3 %） （ P 〈0.05 ） .The data of blood gas analysis index, pulmonary function index , pulmonary artery pressure were improved in two groups （ P 〈0.01 ） , and the treatment group improved more significantly （ P〈0.01 ） .The data of serum NT-BNP and CRP level in treatment group were signifi-cantly lowered than those in control group （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion Sofren injection joint atorvastatin treatment for COPD combined pulmonary hypertension has a good clinical efficacy .
