摘　　要：提出一种改造方案:通过对前端除尘器进行修复改造,保证其进入风机中灰尘含量小于每立方100毫克,减少对风机叶轮叶片的再次磨损。并对风机叶片磨损严重部位进行割除置换加固,大大改善风机的运行状况。System for the rotor movement was severely damaged and was forced to stop.This paper proposes a renovation scheme：to reform the front filter to repair,ensure it into the dust content in the fan per cubic metre of less than 100 milligrams,reduce the fan impeller blade wear again.And the fan blade wear parts are cut out replacement reinforcement,greatly improved the operation condition of than fan.
