摘　　要：消防救生设备作为船舶的关键性设备,一直以来是PSC检查的重点项目,由于设备管理不到位,未能定期检查等诸多因素,导致船舶在PSC检查时出现缺陷,甚至被滞留。通过加强实训师资力量培训,做好"传帮带",加强监督管理,有针对性提前做好准备。提升船员对设备的管理和使用水平,既保证船舶PSC检查的通过率,同时也能更有效保障生命财产和海洋环境的安全。The fire fighting and life saving equipment as the key equipment of the ship ,is al‐ways the key project in PSC examination .Due to inadequate equipment management and the crew’s failure for regular inspection ,ship defects are found in PSC inspection ,so that ships can be even detained .Preparation for the inspection can be made though building teaching staff and strengthening supervision in advance .Improving the crew ’s management and utili‐zation level can insure the success in PSC inspection as well as the safety of life and property , and also protect the marine environment .
