摘　　要：伴随着经济的迅猛发展,人们对于居住环境的需求越来越呈现出个性化的特点,这一需求特点对建筑企业的要求主要体现在其管理的规范化和维护的科学性上。而建筑工程设备、机械的管理和维护作为建筑企业管理的重要组成部分,可以说是建筑企业维持正常生产、保证建筑质量的前提与基础。为此,本文就建筑工程设备的管理与维护进行了深入细致的探讨。With the rapid development of economy ,more and more personalized features ap‐pear in the demand for residential environment and the requirement for construction enterpri‐ses is mainly reflected in the scientificity of maintenance and the standardization of the man‐agement .Therefore ,management and maintenance of construction equipment and machiner‐y ,as important parts of the construction enterprise management ,are the premise and foun‐dation of the construction enterprises to maintain normal production and ensure the quality of construction .In this paper ,management and maintenance of construction equipments will be discussed in details .
