摘　　要：针对将物联网技术应用于粉煤灰自动销售系统的过程进行了研究。将射频识别技术、触摸屏、PLC应用于火电厂粉煤灰销售系统,该系统可实现用户自助操作、信息自动管理、灰场无人值守。既能节省用人成本,又能避免粉煤灰对操作人员的污染。采用IC卡作为唯一的身份识别工具,能杜绝违规装灰、私自装灰现象,堵住管理漏洞,增加销售收入。系统可靠性高,维护量小,灵活性强,操作界面友好,设备成本低。In this paper, Internet of things is used to realize the fly ash sales system. The system which adopts the Radio Frequency Identification, touch screen and PLC, can realize the user automatic operation, the automatic management information, ash field unattended operation. The system can save the cost of human and avoid fly ash pollution. The system uses IC card as the only identification tool that can prevent irregularities, plug the loopholes in management and increase sales revenue. This system has many advantages such as high reliability, small amount of maintenance, good flexibility, friendly interface and low cost of equipment, etc..
