基于区域外部性的装备制造业的集群化技术创新研究——以沈阳经济区为例

摘　　要：沈阳经济区是东北老工业基地的核心区,是全国建立最早、规模最大、门类齐全、配套完整的重要装备制造业和原材料工业基地,但区内技术创新能力不足阻碍了装备制造业集群化发展。通过分析区域外部性内涵和装备制造业产业集群理论与技术扩散的关系,并针对沈阳经济区装备制造业技术创新中存在的问题,为沈阳经济区装备制造业技术创新发展提出了合理化路径。Shenyang economic zone is the core area of the northeast old industrial base. It is the earliest-established and largest in the country,supporting a wide range of complete set of the significant equipment manufacturing industry and important raw materials industry base. The ability of technology innovation is the obstacle of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster development in this area. Based on the analysis of relationship between regional externality connotation and industry cluster theory and technological diffusion,the paper puts forward reasonable paths for the development of equipment manufacturing industry by solving the problems existing in Shenyang economic zone.
