可持续发展背景下草原畜牧业扶持政策评价与需求分析——基于农牧户的视角

摘　　要：在可持续发展背景下,为促进草原生态环境与农牧区经济的协调发展、实现农牧户持续增收,国家出台了一系列扶持政策。为了解农牧户对当前草原畜牧业扶持政策的主观认知和评价,探寻农牧户在畜牧养殖过程中的实际政策需求,论文基于内蒙古、青海、甘肃、河北四省区农牧户调查问卷数据,比较分析不同地区、不同特征农牧户对草原畜牧业扶持政策的认知和评价,在分析农牧户生产经营中面临的问题和政策需求的基础上,提出相关对策建议。For sustainable development, Chinese government has brought forth series of supportive pol- icies to promote coordinated development between grassland ecological environment and economic situation of farming and grazing household in the village and herding area. In order to survey the farming and graz- ing household＂ perception and attitude on current supportive policies of pasture animal husbandry and ex- plore their practical policy demand in the process of livestock breeding, the paper analyzed the perception and attitude in comparison of farmers from Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Gansu, Hebei province through the questionnaires, further investigated on some questions that farming and grazing household faced in the pro- duction and operation acitivities and their policy demand, and conclusively put forward relevant counter- measures and suggestions.
