摘 要:为提升港口和内陆之间物流协同能力,建立基于内陆与港口双核联动的哑铃模式无水港协同模型。通过RFID、GPS和智能优化等信息技术,建设支持多种业务模式的无水港智能应用集成系统,实现无水港与港口间数据动态采集、信息无缝连接和业务多方协同,将港口功能和增值服务延伸到内陆,形成沿海和内陆双向联动营运新模式。同时,介绍哑铃模式的无水港物流协同服务系统的建设思路、系统功能、关键技术以及青岛港在内陆无水港建设过程中解决通关、物流输运和跟踪等问题的方法。To enhance the capacity of logistics collaboration between ports and inland, the collaborative model of dumbbell mode dry port based on the inland and harbor dual- core interaction is built to support various business models of dry port intelligent application integration system, dynamic data acquisition between dry ports and ports, information seamless connection and business multi-collaboration through RFID, GPS, intelligent optimization and other information technology. At the same time, it is available to extend port functions and value-added services to the inland to form a new model of operating two-way interaction between coastal and inland region. The constructing concepts, system function, and key technologies of dumbbell mode dry port logistics collaborative service system, and highlights of the systematic solution of Qingdao Port are described with an aim to promote the clearance, logistics and transport, tracking and other process of inland dry port construction.
