摘　　要：介绍螺旋桨水涡轮状态,探讨水涡轮现象在港作拖船生产作业中的几种情况,指出螺旋桨操作的限制,从而正确处理安全生产、设备管理与节能降耗之间的关系。The working mechanism of propeller water turbines is introduced and the different usages during the operation of towboats are analyzed to check out the limits of the propeller operation. Consequently, the relation among safe operation, facility management and energy saving is correctly conducted.
