摘 要:从贺州市主要产烟区采集疑似病毒病症状的烟叶样品71份,并对症状进行了拍照和描述记载,采用ELISA法对样品进行了检测。检测出TMV、CMV、To MV、Ts WV 4种病毒病,检出率分别为51.87%、46.92%、19.35%、74.79%,复合侵染率为71.83%,以TMV和To MV复合侵染为主,病毒阳性检出率和采集烟叶样品发病特征基本吻合。同时对贺州市烟草病毒病发生原因进行分析,提出了有针对性的防治措施。71 tobacco samples were collected from major tobacco producing areas of Hezhou City. The symptoms were recorded and described. Detected a total of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), tomato spotted wilt virus (TsWV), their detection rates were 51.87% ,46.92%, 19.35%, 74.79% respectively;the detection sample to complex infection ,positive ratio up to 71.83%, and TMV and ToMV co infection was the main infection type.Positive delection rate and disease characleristics reached the match. At the same time, the influence factors of tobacco virus disease were analyzed, targeted control measures were put forward.
