摘  要:普陀樟和舟山新木姜子为国家二级重点保护植物,普陀鹅耳枥为严重濒危灭绝等级珍稀植物,属国家一级保护植物。对3种珍稀树种进行引种适应性研究,结果表明:3种树种在引种地表现出较强的适应性,普陀樟和舟山新木姜子有较强的抗逆性和抗风、耐干旱等特性,保存率为96%以上,普陀鹅耳枥保存率为85%。对普陀樟和舟山新木姜子进行播种育苗试验,发芽率达80%以上。本试验可为缓解树种的濒危状态、提高福州市沿海地区植物物种的多样性提供基础,为3种树种的推广应用提供依据。Cinnamomumjaponicum var.chenii and Neolistsea sericea are state second-grade key protected rare species.Carpinus putoensis is an endangered species,it is state First-grade procted species.We carried out the introduction and cultivation experiment.Results showed that the three species were adaptive to natural climate characteristics in Fuzhou.Cinnamomum japonicum var.chenii and Neolistsea sericea were strong stress resistance with conservation rate of above 96%.The conservation rate of Carpinus putoensis was 85%.The seedling planting experiment of Cinnamomum japonicum var.chenii and Neolistsea sericea was implemented, too.The seed germination rate was above 80%.The study can provide the basis for relief endangered state for the three species and increase the diversity of plant species in coastal area of Fuzhou, supply reference for the popularization and annlication of the three snecies.
