摘 要:我国的武术在华夏大地上生长了数千年,纵观武术发展的历程,武术在方方面面都有了很大的进步。近年来,武术不仅在训练实践上有了飞速发展,而且在理论研究上也有了重大突破,但武术训练学仍是一门年轻的学科,武术训练理论和实践还不能与那些基础扎实、结构清晰的学科相提并论。无论是在理论上还是在实践训练上,仍需要得到进一步的补充和完善,当然长拳也不能例外。文章采用了文献综述法并结合运动训练学、运动生理学、运动生物化学等综合学科来分析长拳,长拳是技能主导类表现难美性项群之一。就此阐述长拳决定因素和运动时供能的特征,并抓住这些特点提出了相应长拳运动能力提高的训练方法。为今后训练和教学提供了理论参考依据。Wushu roots in China for thousands of years, and it has made great progress in all aspects. In recent years, both the training of Wushu practice and the theory research have made major breakthrough; however, Wushu training school is still a young disciphne that cannot be put on a par with those of solid foundation and clear structure subject at the moment. Therefore it still needs to be further supplemented and perfected theoretically and practically. Changquan is no exception. This article by employing hterature review method and combining the science of sports training, sports physiology and sports biochemistry subject, analyzes Changquan comprehensively; and it comes to conclusion that Changquan skill oriented group is one of the most difficult and beautiful Wushu part. It illustrates the characteristics of Changquan determinants and motion energy supply, and it seizes the characteristics of the proposed training method to improve the capacity of corresponding Changquan sport. The results provide theoretical reference for the future training and teaching of Changquan.
