摘　　要：文章通过收集大量的文字及视频资料,结合作者自身练习的体会,对《全国中小学生系列武术健身操》进行研究,旨在挖掘武术操中的武术技击动作,发掘武术操中对武术动作的继承与发展,并对其内涵的武术文化进行梳理,由表及里的简述了对儒家和道家文化的传承,继而沿袭了武术"表"与"意"的文化特征。This paper, by collecting a large number of text and video data, combined with the practice experience, studies the National Primary and Secondary School Students Wushu Exercise Series, aims at mining Wushu action in Wushu exercises, explore Wushu Exercises＇inheritance and development of Wushu actions. And the study combs the connotation of Wushu culture in the exerciese, studies its inheritance of Confucian and Taoist culture in brief, follows the cultural characteristics of ＂performance＂ and ＂connotation＂ of Wushu.
