摘　　要：文章试图根据思想政治工作的基本原则和理论,对新环境下省级优秀运动员思想政治工作现状进行调查,在此基础上,探讨运动员的思想政治工作的具体途径与方法,促进运动队思想政治工作的有效改革,为科学管理提供核心理论依据和建设性意见。The study tries to according to the basic principles and theories of ideological and political work, do the survey of Shanxi provincial excellent athletes about their ideological and political conditions in the new environment. On this basis, the study discusses the concrete means and methods of outstanding athletes ideological and political work, to promote team effective reform of ideological and political work, provide core theoretical evidence basis and constructive suggestions for the scientific management.
