摘　　要：为适应中国日益凸显的国际地位和大国责任,尽早启动并培养一批懂公共卫生、具备国际视野,掌握多学科知识的复合型全球健康专业人才势在必行。本文从全球健康学科概念和属性、全球健康人才培养的知识素养和课程体系设计、全球健康学实习实践模式及培养方式等方面进行了系统总结和介绍,以便今后为完善我国全球健康学专业的人才培养模式提供借鉴。In order to adapt to China＇ s increasing international status and responsibility as a big country, it is imperative to start as early as possible and to nurture the compound global health professional talents program requiring students to understand public health, have international vision, and grasp multidisciplinary knowledge. Based on this, this article systematically summarized and introduced the concept and attribute, personnel training knowledge requirement and curriculum designing, internship model and training methods for global health, so that it can provide reference for improving to improve professional talent training mode of global health.
