医学生人际沟通能力与体育运动的关系研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对507名医学生体育运动的详细状况以及人际沟通能力进行了调查,分析了体育运动与医学生人际沟通能力之间的关系。结果表明:体育运动与医学生的人际沟通能力有密切关系;医学生的人际沟通能力因运动方式的不同而差异显著;个体的人际沟通能力与运动频数、运动负荷、运动年限具有正向关系;参与体育运动的医学生,在人际沟通能力上不存在性别差异。Using questionnaires, 507 students＇ sports status and interpersonal skills were investigated in detail, and analyzing the relationship between sports and the medical students＇ interpersonal com- munication skills. The results show that there is a close relationship between the interpersonal communication ability and physical exercise of the medical student; there is the significant difference in the interpersonal communication ability of the medical student due to the various ways of physical exercise; there is the positive relationship between the individual ability of interpersonal communication and exercise frequency, exercise intensity, and sport-life span; there is no gender difference in interpersonal communication ability for the medical student participating in physical exercise.
