摘　　要：该文研制了一款采用视觉检测方法对PCB的电气间隙及爬电距离进行同时测量的仪器,主要介绍了该仪器测量系统的研制背景、总体设计、硬件平台搭建及软件算法设计。该仪器可通过计算机算法自动规划测量路径,从而提高测量的准确性与自动化程度。In this paper,an instrument is developed which is used visual inspection method for measuring clearance and creepage distance.The research background,overall design,hardware platform constructing and software algorithm designing are presented.The instrument can automatically plan the measuring path by computer algorithm,so then the accuracy of measurement and the degree of automation can be improved.
