摘 要:降阻剂对其包裹的金属接地材料会造成一定程度的腐蚀,因此降阻剂的腐蚀性必须符合相关标准的规定。目前通常采用失重法测试降阻剂的腐蚀性,利用失重法测试降阻剂腐蚀性包含两个试验过程,一是室内腐蚀试验,二是野外腐蚀试验。通过试验前后试样的重量变化计算降阻剂的腐蚀速率,用以判定降阻剂是否合格。用失重法对某品牌降阻剂进行腐蚀试验测试,结果表明该品牌降阻剂腐蚀性不符合相关标准要求。失重法等传统试验存在不足,降阻剂的腐蚀性测试建议采用电化学的试验方法。Resistance reducing agents are liable to corrode the covered metal earthing material to a certain extent, so the corrosivity of the resistance reducing agent must comply with relevant standards. At present, the corrosivity of the resistance reducing agent is usually tested by the weight-loss method which comprises two test procedures, i. e. indoor corrosion test and outdoor corrosion test. The resistance reducing agent is judged to be qualified or not through computing the corrosion rate of the resistance reducing agent according to the weight change of the sample before and after the test. The result of the corrosion test on a branded resistance reducing agent by the weight-loss method indicates that the corrosivity of the tested resistance reducing agent does not comply with relevant standards. Due to shortcomings of traditional tests such as the weight-loss method, the electrochemical test is recommended to test the corrosivity of the resistance reducing agent.
