面向创新2.0公共体育服务平台的探索

摘　　要：为了研究中国信息化进程对公共体育服务均等化产生的影响,通过文献资料法阐述了创新2.0和公共服务平台的内涵,结合案例对公共体育服务平台属性和功能价值进行梳理。公共体育服务平台是面向创新2.0的智慧城市的实践探索,有利于推动社区体育发展。公共体育服务平台作为一项复杂的系统工程,协同创新是必然选择。提出了公共体育服务平台的推进策略:以用户为中心,优化界面结构和服务内容;以服务为宗旨,强化政府的公共服务职能;以市场为导向,均衡经济效益和社会效益;以制度为保障,积极推进创新民主化进程。In order to study the informatization process of China to the impact of public sports service equalization, through lit- erature describes the meaning of innovation and public service platform 2.0, combined with the case of public sports service platform attributes and functional value to sort out. Public sports service platform for innovation Practice 2.0 smart city is con- ducive to promoting the development of community sports. Public sports service platform as a complex system engineering, col- laborative innovation is the inevitable choice. Put forward to optimize the structure of interface and service content for the pur- pose of viewing the users as center; strengthen the government＇s public service function for the purpose of viewing the service as aim; balance the economic and social benefits for the purpose of viewing the market as guidance ; promote the innovation of democratization and public sports service platform promotion strategy actively for the purpose of viewing the system as security.
