摘 要:2012年4月—2013年1月,对南田岛周围海域(121°49′14″—121°56′49″°E,28°58′44″—29°3′02″°N)的6个采样站位进行了4个航次的底拖网调查。结果表明:(1)在该海域共采集鉴定大型底栖动物46种,甲壳类、鱼类和腔肠动物是该海域大型底栖动物的主要贡献类群(占总种数69.57%);(2)物种平均更替率为61.88%,表明该海域大型底栖动物种类季节更替显著;(3)年平均生物量为48.80 g·网–1,最高生物量出现在10月,最低生物量出现在4月,年平均丰度为7.62 ind·网–1,最高丰度出现在7月,最低丰度出现在1月,甲壳类的平均生物量及丰度居首位;(4)4航次共获得的大型底栖动物优势种14种,优势种随季节变化较大。Macrobenthos investigation was carried out at 6 sampling stations in Nantian sea area (121°49'14"-121°56'49"°E, 28°58'44"-29°3'02"°N) from April 2012 to January 2013. The results indicated that in Nantian sea area, 46 kinds of macrobenthos were identified. Crustaceans, fish and cnidarians (accounting for 69.57% in total species) were the main groups of macrobenthos in this sea area, with an average ratio of species seasonal subrogation of 61.88%. The average biomass was 48.80 g.At-1, with the highest biomass during the October cruise and the lowest one during the April cruise. The average density of habitat was 7.62 ind.At-1, with the highest abundance during the July cruise and the lowest one during the January cruise. 14 kinds of dominant species of macrobenthos were obtained, and the dominant species were changes greatly with the seasons.
