甲苯萃取法玉米芯制糠醛工艺的研究

摘  要:采用硫酸催化下甲苯萃取制糠醛的方法,研究温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等工艺条件对糠醛产率和纤维素损失率的影响规律。在酸料比为2%,水料比为0.5 m L/g,油料比为10 m L/g,反应温度为160℃,反应时间为80 min的条件下,糠醛收率能够达到69.2%,纤维素损失率仅为19.7%,糠醛收率比水蒸气汽提法提高了近20%,用水量降低至水蒸气汽提法的2.5%左右,且酸水、甲苯能够循环利用,对优化条件用Aspenpluse软件进行工艺模拟,可见此工艺与水蒸气汽提法相比能耗大大降低。Traditional furfural production technology extract furfural from the reaction system by steam stripping process, produce large amounts of waste water and waste residue, and the yield of furfural is not high. To solve these problems, this paper adopts the method of toluene extraction furfural and the process conditions under the sulfuric acid catalytic, research temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage on the influence law of furfural yield and fiber loss. Results show that under the conditions of sulfuric acid catalyst concentration 2%, the water materials ratio of 0.5 g/ g, the oil materials ratio of 10 mL/g. the reaction temperature was 160℃, the reaction time 80min, the furfural achieved high yield of 69.2%, and the cellulose loss was only 19.7%, furfural yield is increased nearly 20% than the steam stripping process , while waste water emissions reduced to 2.5%, and after experiment by the optimal conditions for process simulation calculation of material and energy, the energy consumption greatly reduced.
