摘  要:分别研究了以粗M、精M及粗M的精制品为原料,制备M铵盐溶液制取DM的过程,改变了传统以次氯酸钠,空气氧化等为原料的工艺路线。本文创新性的采用了双氧水氧化法制备DM,且用自制的M-铵盐溶液作为原料,分别采用不同的M考证实验,通过对实验结果的对比分析,综合收率及所得产品各项质量指标,结果表明采用粗M的精制品为原料,产品DM质量最高,产品完全达到了市场要求。该工艺减少了三废的排放,适合工业化生产。Respectively studied with coarse M, essence of M and M products as raw materials, preparation of M ammonium salt solution for making the process of DM, changed the traditional use of sodium hypocldorite, such as air oxidation process is obtained. In this paper, the innovative uses hydrogen peroxide oxidation of DM, and with a homemade M - ammonium salt solution as raw material, adopting different M research experiment, through the comparison and analysis of experimental results, the comprehensive yield and the product quality indicators, the results show that the coarse M fine products as raw materials, product DM, top quality products fully meet the market requirements. The process reduced the "three wastes" emissions and suit for industrial production.
