国产甲基二乙醇胺物化性质分析及净化性能评价

摘　　要：对国产甲基二乙醇胺的主要合成工艺路线及生产现状进行了调研。分析对比了国内外产品的沸点、熔点、闪点、燃点、黏度、折射率及纯度等参数,数据结果显示差别不大。开展侧线试验,对比不同气液比下国内外产品的净化性能,试验数据结果表明净化气都可满足国家二类气指标。This article describes the brief synthetic routes and production status of domestic mthyldiethanolamine. Analyses the boiling point, melting point, flash point, ignition point, viscosity, purity of mthyldlethanolamine at domestic and overseas, compares the result with each product. The result data shows that there is no significant difference. Compares the purification performance with each sample by sidetrack tests under different gas - liquid ratio. The result data shows the purified gas could meet the standard of natural gas II.
