摘  要:针对间苯二酚生产工艺中水解液的萃取过程,通过对间苯二酚、水、乙酸正丁酯液液相平衡实验数据的拟合,得到间苯二酚在水和乙酸正丁酯中的分配系数,并采用Aspen Plus软件对水解液的多级逆流萃取过程进行了模拟与优化,当采用四级逆流萃取、乙酸正丁酯与水解液的质量比为1:3时,萃取率为99.67%为最佳的工艺条件。To extraction of hydrolysate of resoreinol production process, the distribution coefficient of resoreinol between water and n - butyl acetate was got by fitting of resoreinol, water and n - butyl acetate liquid liquid equilibrium experimental data. The modcUing and simulation and optimization for the multi - stage countercurrcnt extraction process of hydrolysate was done with Aspen Plus software. The simulated and optimized results showed that the quality ratios of n - butyl acetate and water were 1:3 in Level 4 counter -current extraction, and the extraction efficiency of resorcinol was 99. 67%.
