摘  要:利用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件采用萃取精馏法,以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为萃取剂,对乙酸乙酯和异丙醇共沸体系的分离进行了模拟和优化。确定最优工艺参数为:萃取精馏塔理论板数43,混合物进料位置28,萃取剂进料位置4,回流比2.3,溶剂比4;溶剂回收塔理论板14,进料位置8,回流比1。萃取精馏塔塔顶乙酸乙酯含量99.80%,溶剂回收塔塔顶异丙醇含量99.40%。对工业化分离过程优化操作及设计具有指导意义。The chemical process simulation software of Aspen Plus was used to simulate and optimize in the separation process of the azeotropie system of ethyl acetate and isopropanol by extractive distillation, and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used as extractive agent. The optimal parameters of the extractive distillation process was as follows: the number of theory stage of the extractive distillation column was 43, number of the mixture feed stage was 28, number of the extractive agent feed stage was 4, reflux ratio was 2.3, the ratio of extractive agent was 4, the number of theory stage of the solvent recovery column was 14, number of the feed stage was 8, reflux ratio was 1. The mass fraction of ethyl acetate can reach 99.80% at the top of extractive distillation column, the mass fraction of isopropanol can reach 99.40% at the top of solvent recovery column. The results of the simulation can provide guidance for industrialized optimization operation and design.
