摘 要:为揭示中国沙棘的自化感效应,利用枝叶、表层土、果的浸提液对种子萌发进行了化感试验。结果表明:不同部位的浸提液及其不同浓度均对萌发产生显著或极显著的化感作用,且呈现出低促高抑的浓度效应,其中枝叶的化感作用最强,并对林下土壤产生显著的影响。Studies on the allelopathic effect of Hippophae rhamnoides L. subsp. sinensis show that the aqueous extracts of surface soil,fresh leaf and branch,fruit in pure H. rhamnoides L. Subsp. sinensis plantation affected the seed germination of H. rhamnoides L. subsp. sinensis,and there was a significant or very significant difference between different aqueous extracts and concentrations. At high concentration of aqueous extracts,seed germination was significantly inhibited,while with decreasing concentration,the inhibitory effects became weaker,disappeared and even turned into stimulating effects. The allelopathic effect of the aqueous extracts of fresh leaf and branch was the strongest,also it had a significant impact on the surface soil under the plantation.
