生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床护理干预

摘　　要：目的观察专项药物护理在降低急性胰腺炎生长抑素治疗中药物相关性不良反应出现可能性及提高满意度中的应用效果。方法选择接受生长抑素药物治疗的急性胰腺炎患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组接受生长抑素治疗常规护理,试验组接受生长抑素药物治疗专项护理服务,比较两组急性胰腺炎生长抑素治疗患者干预后药物相关性不良反应和满意度的差异。结果试验组急性胰腺炎生长抑素治疗干预后的药物相关性不良反应出现几率显著低于对照组,对给药护理服务的满意度显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将药物治疗专项护理服务模式引入至急性胰腺炎接受生长抑素药物治疗患者的护理实践之中,有利于降低药物相关性不良反应的出现几率,提高患者对给药护理服务的满意度,临床推广价值显著。Objective To observe the application effect by special drug nursing in reducing incidence of drug related adverse reactions and improving satisfaction degree in somatostatin treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 60 acute pancreatitis patients under somatostatin treatment were chosen as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The control group received somatostatin conventional nursing, and the experimental group received somatostatin special drug nursing. Differences of drug related adverse reactions and satisfactions degrees in patients were compared between the two groups after somatostatin intervention for acute pancreatitis.Results After somatostatin intervention for acute pancreatitis, the experimental group had much lower incidence of drug related adverse reactions and higher satisfaction degree of administration than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implement of special drug nursing mode in somatostatin intervention for acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce incidence of drug related adverse reactions, while improving patients’ satisfaction degree of administration. This method contains remarkable value in clinical promotion.
