摘  要:我国目前精炼铜产量位居世界第一,但具有自主知识产权的先进铜冶炼技术较少,本课题在氧气底吹熔炼技术开发成功的基础上,开发了具有自主知识产权的氧气底吹连续炼铜技术。该技术的工业化应用与完善可实现硫回收率与捕集率显著提高、炉渣全部综合利用的现代化清洁生产目标,粗铜加工成本大大低于现有其他工艺。Chinese refined copper output ranks No. one ill tile world at preseut, but there are only a few advanced copper smelting technologies with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the successful development of oxygen bottom blown smelting technology ,this project has developed the continuous copper smelting technology which has independent intellectual property rights. The industrialization application and improvement of this technology can significantly improve the sulfur recovery rate and trapping rate, comprehensively utilize all slag, realize the modernization of clean production, and greatly reduce the processing cost of blister copper compared with other existing technologies.
