摘  要:氯浸渣干法脱硫系统因处理富含氯离子等介质的物料,其关键设备急冷塔易受腐蚀,缩短了使用寿命。针对急冷塔运行过程中存在的问题,结合氯浸渣系统的运行工况和特点,对急冷塔设备的防腐衬里层创新应用了多层复合防腐技术,雾化喷枪设计进行了优化,提升了设备性能,保障了系统的安全平稳运行。The quench tower is a key part in dry desulfurization system of residue leached by chlorine. It is easy to be corroded as dealing with materials rich in chloride ion, which shortens its service life. In view of the problems existing in operation process of quench tower and difference in operation condition and characteristics of the system , this paper introduces an innovative multilayer composite anticorrosion technology on the anti-corrosion lining layer of the quench tower, which optimizes the design for spray gun and improves performance of equipment.
