摘　　要：针对因电子期刊冲击导致的高校图书馆纸质期刊利用率逐年降低的问题,提出了有效利用高校图书馆纸质期刊的策略,包括提高纸质期刊的入藏质量、加大纸质期刊的宣传力度、实行规范化管理、提高工作人员的综合素质、优化纸质期刊的阅览环境、实行人性化管理等。In the light of the problem of that the utilization ratio of paper periodical in university library has reduced year by year due to the impact of electronic journals, this paper puts forward some strategies for the effective utilization of paper periodicals in university library, which include improving the collection quality of paper periodicals, strengthening the propaganda of paper periodicals, implementing the standardized management, improving the comprehensive quality of librarians, optimizing the reading environment of paper periodicals, and carrying out the humanized management, etc.
