摘 要:以活性面积为330 cm2的电堆为研究对象,考察质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)经历频繁启停操作后的性能衰减。反应气体的分布不均匀,会造成单片电池电压在氮气吹扫过程中下降速率不一致,甚至出现某一片或者几片电池出现反极的现象;PEMFC电堆在经历频繁的启停循环后,性能下降,且高电流密度区的电压衰减更快;随着启停循环的增多,性能的下降会变慢。当电流为100 A时,经历500次启停循环后,前200次启停循环的平均电压衰减速率为后300次衰减速率的3倍,而电堆中单片电池的均一性并未明显恶化。An experimental study was conducted on the attenuation performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell ( PEMFC ) stack with 330 cm^2 active area after frequent startup-shutdown cycles. The difference of gas concentration in the single cell of a PEMFC stack would result in the difference of the single-cell voltage decreasing rate during the nitrogen purge process, especially leading to the cell reverse. After frequent startup-shutdown cycles, the polarization curve of the PEMFC stack would show a degradation trend. The degradation rate was quicker at the higher current density. As the number of the cycle was increasing, the degradation rate was increasing. The degradation rate at 100 A during the previous 200 cycles was three times as much as the rate during the subsequent 300 cycles. However, the voltage uniformity of the PEMFC stack didn't show an obvious change.
