摘 要:通过钛酸四丁酯的原位水解制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)-TiO2碱性聚合物电解质膜,用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、SEM、交流阻抗和循环伏安法分析电解质膜的结构与电化学性能。在室温条件下,PVA-6%TiO2聚合物电解质的碱吸率和电导率最高,分别为105%和0.023S/cm,电化学稳定窗口为-1.0~1.0V;将PVA-TiO2碱性电解质膜组装成以Mg3MnNi2储氢合金为负极材料的聚合物镍氢(MH/Ni)电池,以15mA/g在0.4~1.5V循环12次,放电比容量稳定在150mAh/g左右。Poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA)-TiO2 alkaline polymer electrolyte membranes were prepared through in-situ hydrolysis synthesis based on tetrabutyl titanate. The structure and electrochemical properties of the membrane was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR), SEM, A. C. impedance and cyclic voltammetry techniques. The PVA-6% TiO2 electrolyte membrane exhibited the maximum alkaline uptake of 105% and the highest hydroxyl ionic conductivity value of 0. 023 S/cm at room temperature,the electrochemical stability window was - 1.0 - 1.0 V. Polymer MH/Ni battery was assembled by using the PVA- TiO2-KOH polymer membrane as electrolyte,Mg3MnNi2 hydrogen storage alloy as negative electrode. After 12 cycles(0. 4 ~ 1.5 V, 15 mA/g) ,the specific discharge capacity was stable around 150 mAh/g.
