摘  要:通过在溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化硅(SiO2)的过程中滴加γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPMS),制得改性SiO2。透射电镜和红外光谱分析表明:制备的SiO2粒子为单分散性、粒径均一的纳米球形颗粒。将产物用作LR6电池添加剂,测试电池的电性能、高温贮存性能和防漏性能。纳米SiO2粒子对新电性能的影响不大,但能提高电池的高温贮存性能和防漏性能。当正极中SiO2添加量为0.6%时,60℃高温贮存20 d,综合电性能提高6%;60℃高温、90%湿度贮存60 d,漏液率降低62%。By adding γ-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane (MPMS) in the process of preparing silica (SiO2 ) by sol-gel method, modified SiO2 was prepared. Transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectrum analyses showed that the prepared SiO2 particle was monodispersed, spherical nano particle. The product was used as additive of LR6 battery, the electrical performance, high temperature storage performance and leakage prevent performance of battery was tested. When the adding amount of SiO2 was 0. 6% ,the comprehensive electrical performance of the battery was improved 6% after 60℃ high temperature storage for 20 d, leakage rate of the battery was reduced 62% after 60 ℃ high temperature ,90% humidity storage for 60 d.
