摘  要:目的建立雪莲培养物中微量铅含量的测定方法。方法样品经干法灰化消解后,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定雪莲培养物中的微量铅含量。结果铅浓度在0-80.00 ng/ml的范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:Y=0.005 2X+0.014 6,R2=0.999 4;样品六次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.9%,加样回收率在96.6%-100.5%之间,平均回收率为98.1%,相对标准偏差为1.2%。结论该方法安全、灵敏、准确、重现性好。Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of trace plumbum in tissue cultures of Saussurea involucrata. Methods The sample was digested by dry ashing assay, and then the content of trace plumbum in tissue cultures of Saussurea invo- lucrate was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The content of plumbum showed a good linear rela- tionship with the absorbance in the range of 0 - 80.00 ng/ml, and the linear regression equation was Y = 0.005 2X + 0. 014 6 ( R^2 = 0. 999 4). The relative standard deviation of the measurement results for the six samples was 1.9%. The sample recovery rate was 96.6% - 100.5%. The average recovery rate was 98.1% and the relative standard deviation was 1.2%. Conclusion This method is safe, sensitive, accurate and reproducible for determining the contents of trace plumbum.
