摘 要:目的探讨我院泌尿系真菌感染的菌群分布及耐药性。方法对我院老年科71株尿真菌进行分离,使用自动微生物分析仪及VITEK32配套鉴定卡,采用ATB Fungus3 INT真菌药敏试验条进行药敏试验。结果被分离出的真菌菌株中热带假丝酵母菌39株(54.9%),白假丝酵母菌21株(29.6%),光滑假丝酵母菌9株(12.7%),克柔假丝酵母菌1株(1.4%),近平滑假丝酵母菌1株(1.4%)。白假丝酵母菌对氟康唑耐药率最高,为28.6%,热带假丝酵母菌对伊曲康唑耐药性最高,为38.5%,所有菌株对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B敏感。结论我院老年科泌尿系真菌感染以热带假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌及白假丝酵母菌为主,临床治疗中应根据药敏结果合理选择抗生素。Objective To explore the distribution and drug resistance of fungus species in our hospital. Methods The 71 fungus were isolated and detected by Automatic analyzer and Vitek32 identification card. The drug sensitivity was detected by ATB Fungus3 INT strip. Results Among 71 fungus strains, 39 (54.9%) were C. tropicalis, 21 (29.6%) were C. albicans, 9 ( 12.7% ) were C. glabrata, 1 ( 1.4% ) was C. krusei and 1 ( 1.4% ) was C. parapsilosis. The drug resistance rate of C. albicans to fluconazole was 28.6%, and 38.5% for C. tropicalis to itraconazole. All the tested strains were sensitive to 5-flucytosine (5Fc) and amphotericin B (AMB). Conclusion The fungal infection of urinary system is mainly caused by C. glabrata, C. albicans and C. tropicalis in our hos- pital. Clinical treatment should make a good choice of antibiotics according to the drug sensitive test.
