摘  要:目的:探讨不同运动水平男子赛艇运动员肱二头肌微循环血流储备能力的变化特点,并通过相关指标的比较对造成运动员血流储备能力差异的因素进行初步分析,以便为不同运动水平赛艇运动员运动训练负荷的科学安排提供定量数据参考。方法:早晨晨起空腹状态下,使用Peri Flux System5000激光多普勒血流仪对58名不同运动水平的男子赛艇运动员及10名普通男性健康国人右侧肱二头肌同一空间的解剖位点进行测试,所有运动员测试均在其机能状态相对比较稳定的情况下进行,普通人测试均在健康状况良好的情况下进行;测试指标包括微循环血流灌注量(MBP)及其相关指标,测试值包括基础值和加热后值(44℃),并以加热前后MBP的差值作为微循环血流储备能力。结果:国际健将组(203.04±66.65)>国家健将组(170.27±65.04)>一级运动员组(134.26±28.26)>普通人组(111.79±26.30),其中国际健将、国家健将组运动员均显著高于一级运动员组(P<0.01),各级别赛艇运动员均显著高于普通人组(P<0.01)。结论:不同水平男子赛艇运动员微循环血流储备能力具有较大的差异,尤其是一级运动员显著低于健将级运动员,因此一级运动员训练计划(量与强度)的安排应有别于健将级运动员,尤其是对训练负荷强度的把控,其最大训练强度应不超过健将级运动员强度的80%。Objective:Discussing the features of change in microcirculatory reserve capacity of biceps brachiis for different exercise levels of male rowers,and making a pre-liminary analyze about the features of change through the related indicator,so as to provide a quantitative date refer-ence for the scientific arrangement of training load for dif-ferent exercise levels of male rower. Method:Empty stom-ach in the morning,58 male rowers of different exercise levels and10 common health people were tested by uing PeriFlux System 5000 , the test sites of all athletes were the same space in biceps brachii in the right side of body. All athletes were tested in the relatively stable functi-onal status and common people are in healthy. The test indexes include the microcirc-ulatory reserve capacity and other related indexes, the test value include basic values and heating values,put the before and after heating of MBP as the microcirculatory reserve capacity. Result:International master athletes(203. 04 ± 66. 65) 〉National m-aster ath-letes ( 170. 27 ± 65. 04 ) 〉 National level - 1 athletes ( 134. 26 ± 28. 26 ) 〉 Com-mon people ( 111. 79 ± 26. 30 ) ,and master athletes are all significant higher than nat-ional level-1 athletes(P〈0. 01),all the athletes are significant higher than common people ( P 〈0. 01 ) . Con-clusion:There is a great difference of microcirculatory re-serve capacity for different exercise levels of male rowers, especially the national level -1 at-hletes are significant lower than the master athletes, so that the exercise pro-gram( qua-ntity and strength) of national level-1 athletes should be different with master athletes,especially the ac-curate control of the training strength,the biggest training strength should be not exceed 80%of the master athletes.
