摘 要:以19.7 tex阳离子涤纶/羊毛/莫代尔50/30/20赛络紧密纺纱为例,探讨混纺纱的生产工艺。针对混纺各组分纤维的性能特点,分析工艺流程设计,开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱各工序的工艺设置及采取的主要技术措施。为保证纺纱的顺利进行以及成纱质量,阳离子涤纶纤维在纺纱前必须进行预处理,同时要做好各道温湿度的控制,通过对生产中各工序的工艺参数进行优化配置,成功纺出阳离子涤纶/羊毛/莫代尔混纺纱,其成纱质量满足了使用要求。The article took 19.7 tex compact siro-spun yarn which was spun by cationic polyester/ wool/Modal fiber as an example to introduce the processing practice. According to each blended fiber properties, technology circulation design was analyzed, and key measures in each process such as opening and cleaning, carding, drawing, roving, spinning were discussed. To guarantee the spinning and enhance yarn quality, cationic polyester fiber was pretreated before spinning and temperature and humidity in each process should be controlled, as well as processing parameters of each process were optimized. Finally polyester/wool/Modal blended yarn can be spun successfully, use demands of the yarn quality can be reached.
