摘 要:通过正交试验优化了水浴法和微波辅助法提取连钱草总黄酮的提取工艺,并对2种方法进行比较。结果表明,水浴法提取的最优工艺为液固比20∶1、时间90 min、温度40℃以及乙醇体积分数85%;微波辅助法提取的最优工艺为液固比10∶1、高微波强度、微波时间4 min以及乙醇体积分数90%。微波辅助法提取连钱草总黄酮的提取率达7.82%±0.14%,比水浴法总黄酮提取率(6.07%±0.12%)提高了1.75个百分点。表明微波辅助法不仅能提高连钱草总黄酮的产量,而且具有提取体积小、节能、省时的优点。In order to study the microwave-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba, the extraction processes of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba by water bath method and microwave-assisted extraction method were optimized using orthogonal test,and the two methods were compared. The results showed that optimal process of water bath extraction was liquid-solid ratio of 20∶ 1, time of 90 min,temperature of 40 ℃ and ethanol concentration of 85% . Meanwhile the optimal technology parameters of microwave-assisted extraction were liquid-solid ratio of 10∶ 1,top microwave power,time of 4 min,and ethanol concentration of 90% . The yield of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba by microwave-assisted and water bath methods were 7. 82% ± 0. 14% and 6. 07% ± 0. 12% ,respectively, and the yield of microwave-assisted method increased by 1. 75 percentage points compared to that of water bath method. The microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba could not only improve the yield but also reduce the extract volume,save energy and time.
